Return & Refund Policy

  1. No return, exchange or refund is allowed once payment is made unless the item purchased is out of stock. 
  2. We do not accept any form of return, exchange or refund request once you have received your item(s).
  3. Item(s) can be returned or exchanged provided the item(s) received shows obvious manufacturing defect(s). 
  4. Return within 7 days of receiving the item(s). For example: If you received the item(s) on 1 November, please return the item(s) by 7 November. Item(s) returned must be in original product packaging.
  5. Item(s) should only be returned via courier and a tracking number must be provided.
  6. Exchanges can only be made for the same item. If the item(s) is out of stock, a refund will be made.
  7. All refunds will be made within 7- 14 working days via IN-STORE CREDIT REFUND and can be used for your next purchase.
  8. Item(s) sold at marked down prices cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
  9. Line Clear Express & Logistics Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject requests for returns, refunds and/or exchanges deemed inappropriate at our sole and absolute discretion.
  10. Exchange of size or return requests are not allowed due to the buyer’s negligence once an order is placed and confirmed.
